培训给企业和员工所带来的收益是巨大的:摩托罗拉公司曾做过一项专门调查研究,企业投入人力资源1美元,得到的回报是30美元,这个结论也是国外许多大公司经过千百次的实践和理性分析得到的。也因此世界各国的企业不惜巨资投入,如微软、思科、IBM等著名大公司,每年要花费几百万甚至更多的资金用于员工培训。但收益与风险是对等的,同任何其他投资一样,对培训的投资也有其自身的风险。如何对企业培训的风险有一个正确的认识,并且怎样去防止和将风险发生的可能性降低至最低点,是培训工作组织者和企业领导层需要认真加以考虑的问题。
