为了找出C/C复合材料内部影响其热物理性能的缺陷,利用该材料的热传导性能特征,使用红外成像系统对有人工、自然缺陷的炭毡基C/C复合材料进行了检测。试验发现反射式红外成像可以检出炭毡基C/C复合材料内部的缺陷,其检测能力和材料的热性能相关,对较大人工缺陷,红外成像能检测更大埋深的缺陷;随着缺陷埋深的减少,红外成像的检测灵敏度变高,可以检出更小的缺陷。
In order to find out the internal defects of C / C composites that affect its thermophysical properties, the carbon / carbon composites C / C composites with artificial and natural defects were detected by infrared imaging system using the thermal conductivity characteristics of the materials. The results show that the reflection infrared imaging can detect the defects inside the carbon felt-based C / C composites. The detection ability is related to the thermal properties of the materials. For larger artificial defects, the infrared imaging can detect deeper defects. Decreasing the depth of defects, infrared imaging detection sensitivity becomes higher, you can detect smaller defects.
