目的是PBL结合传统教学法在基础护理学实验教学中的应用研究。方法是挑选出合适的在校大学生100人,平均年龄在22岁左右。其中男生有10人,女生有90人。随机平均分成两组,分别为实验组和对照组,每组50名学生。对照组的50名学生采用传统的教学方式进行教学;实验组的50名学生采用PBL教学和案例教学法相结合的方式教学,经过一段时间后,分别对两组的教学质量进行深入分析。实验结果:最终的授课效果有明显差异,实验组的成绩相对来说要比对照组的高很多。结论是采用PBL教学和案例教学法相结合的方式教学,可以很大程度上提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的自护学习能力和动手操作能力,在养成好习惯的同时提高了学习成绩。
The purpose is to combine the PBL with the traditional teaching method in basic nursing experimental teaching application research. The method is to select the appropriate college students 100 people, the average age of 22 years old. There are 10 boys and 90 girls. Randomly divided into two groups were experimental group and control group, each group of 50 students. Fifty students in the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method. Fifty students in the experimental group were taught by the combination of PBL teaching and case teaching method. After a period of time, the teaching quality of the two groups was analyzed respectively. Experimental results: The final teaching effect is significantly different, the experimental group’s score is relatively higher than the control group. The conclusion is that adopting the combination of PBL teaching and case teaching method can greatly improve students ’interest in learning, cultivate students’ self-protection learning ability and hands-on ability, and improve their academic performance while cultivating good habits.
