该厂引进的MaXilabll型热分析仪用于快速测定非合金铸铁的C、Si、C_e,并附有温度测量系统以检测铁水温度。整套仪器主要由记录仪和微处理机组成,具有热分析和快速测温两种功能。用Maxilabl l仪器作为炉前快速检测较为理想。热分析计算机随机误差特征温度1/4℃,C小于±0.05%,Si小于±0.1%,记录指示温度±2℃,温度点测误差为数显±3℃,记录仪2℃。文中还根据数据整理得出硅的回归关系式,并附有球铁原铁水和HT20-40铸铁Si校准曲线。
The plant introduced MaXilabll thermal analyzer for rapid determination of non-alloy cast iron C, Si, C_e, and with a temperature measurement system to detect the molten iron temperature. The whole set of instruments mainly by the recorder and microprocessor components, with thermal analysis and rapid temperature measurement of two functions. Maxilabl l instrument as a pre-furnace rapid detection is more ideal. Thermal analysis computer random error characteristic temperature 1/4 ℃, C less than ± 0.05%, Si less than ± 0.1%, indicating temperature ± 2 ℃, temperature measurement error is ± 3 ℃, recorder 2 ℃. The article also based on the data obtained silicon regression formula, and attached to the original ball of iron and iron HT20-40 Si Si calibration curve.
