近年来煤炭市场形势持续低迷,各煤炭公司纷纷采取低成本策略获取利润。SD煤炭公司正面临着内部管理成本不合理的问题,如何优化公司的薪酬体系激发员工工作积极性,提高人力资本利用率,是SD公司亟需解决的紧迫任务。本文分析了SD公司薪酬体系存在的问题,由此提出了优化薪酬体系的具体方案和相应的保障措施。
In recent years, the coal market downturn, the coal companies have adopted low-cost strategy for profit. SD Coal Company is facing the problem of unreasonable internal management cost. How to optimize the company’s salary system to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and improve the utilization rate of human capital is an urgent task urgently needed by SD Company. This article analyzes the problems existing in SD company’s salary system, and puts forward the specific plan and the corresponding safeguard measures to optimize the salary system.
