电子皮带秤经常期使用以后,其计量精度根难确定,这除了与仪表本身精度,和安装质量等因素有关外,还与标定准确度和标定周期有关。为了提高电子皮带秤的称量精度,必须找到准确的标定方法,缩短标定周期。要缩短标定周期,必须实现标定机械化。为了解决这一问题,我们经过几年的模索,试制了循环链码标定装置。通过使用达到了预期的设计效果。它标定误差小,操作非常简便,可在较短的时间内完成标定工作,实现了电子皮带秤标定机械化。
