建立了一些手性配体立体选择性萃取拆分对映体的动力学方程,并以过渡金属Cu2+与手性配体Nn十二烷基L羟基脯氨酸所形成的二元配合物配位萃取拆分扁桃酸对映体的实验对动力学方程进行了验证,在本实验条件下计算得到D扁桃酸和L扁桃酸总的传质系数分别为:kovD=8.33×10-5ms,kovL=7.75×10-5ms。实验结果表明有关动力学参数对萃取拆分过程可以进行预测和有效控制。
Some kinetic equations for the enantioseparation of enantiomers were established by stereoselective extraction of chiral ligands. Coordination of the transition metal Cu2 + with the binary complex formed by the chiral ligand Nn-dodecyl-L-hydroxyproline The kinetic equation was extracted from the experiment of extraction and separation of mandelic acid enantiomers. The calculated mass transfer coefficients of D mandelic acid and L mandelic acid were as follows: kovD = 8.33 × 10-5ms, kovL = 7.75 × 10-5ms. The experimental results show that the kinetic parameters can be predicted and effectively controlled in the extraction and resolution process.
