地铁系统由于人口流动性大和相对封闭的空间环境是遭受潜在生物恐怖袭击的一个重要目标。该文分析了美国防范和应对地铁系统生物恐怖袭击的一些科技措施,包括国土安全部提高地铁生物监测预警能力措施以及能源部开展的地铁化学和生物恐怖袭击应对与技术支持项目情况等,并提出了提高我国地铁生物恐怖应对能力的一些措施建议。
Subway systems are an important target of potential bioterrorism due to their large population mobility and relatively closed space environment. This paper analyzes some scientific and technological measures of the United States in preventing and responding to the biological terrorist attacks in the subway system, including the measures taken by the Department of Homeland Security to improve the biological monitoring and warning capabilities of the metro and the project of the chemical and biological terrorist attack response and technical support provided by the Ministry of Energy. Some measures to improve the capacity of China’s subway bioterrorism countermeasures.
