本文介绍了合成Cl-P_(350)萃淋树脂的一种方法。测定了Cl-P_(350)萃淋树脂对钪的萃取饱和容量,考察了树脂中萃取剂在水相中的溶解损失及树脂的吸附稳定性与再生性能。重点讨论了盐酸体系Cl-P_(350)萃淋树脂对Sc与Ti(Ⅳ)、Ca、Fe(Ⅲ)及RExOy的分离,探讨了用Cl-P_(350)萃淋树脂提取钪的可能性,结果令人满意。此外,还对Cl-P_(350)萃淋树脂的形貌和表面结构做了扫描电镜观察。
This article describes a method for the synthesis of Cl-P_ (350) extraction resin. The extraction capacity of scandium by Cl-P (350) extraction resin was measured. The dissolution loss of extractant in the resin and the adsorption stability and regeneration performance of the resin were investigated. The separation of Sc from Ti (Ⅳ), Ca, Fe (Ⅲ) and RExOy by Cl-P 350 extraction resin was discussed. The possibility of extracting scandium from Cl-P 350 extraction resin was also discussed , The result is satisfactory. In addition, the morphology and surface structure of Cl-P_ (350) extraction resin were also observed by scanning electron microscopy.
