目的:依据十功能煎药机3种煎煮模式的加水量公式进行加水,收集相关吸水系数、管道失水及按付数需要煎出的袋数是否相符,并确定最佳加水量。方法:十功能煎药机3种煎煮模式,分别按加水公式进行加水,采集姓名、付数、单位处方剂量(g)、剂量(g)、理论加水(m L)、实际加水(m L)、药渣重(g)、得药量(m L)等数据信息进行计算分析。结果:常规加水量(m L)/剂量(g)的值在5~10倍[1],试验中加水量(m L)/药重(g)在2.5~5倍。加水量是保证汤剂质量的一个重要条件,在保证按要求煎出的袋数时,加水量(m L)/药重(g)的值建议为4倍更合适,既保证了汤剂的质量又不会比按要求煎出的袋数多太多。
