早在20世纪40年代,中国共产党领导下的延安新华广播电台就设有专门的播音组。80年代以前,各电台播音部不仅承担了广播新闻节目的播出,大量的专题节目也由播音部完成播讲工作。由此可见,对于播音员主持人的人才管理及保护机制的重视,要追溯到70多年前中国广播的雏形时期。可这样的机制在80年代“主持人”这一概念兴起之后受到冲击,非播音专业的广播主持人如雨后春笋,加之90年代各地电台纷纷进行频率专业化改革,大量的播音部职能呈现萎缩,
As early as the 1940s, a dedicated broadcasting group was set up at Yan’an Xinhua Broadcasting Station under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Before the 1980s, the radio and broadcasting departments not only undertook the broadcast of radio and news programs, but also broadcast a large number of special programs by the broadcasting department. This shows that the emphasis on the talent management and protection mechanisms of broadcasters’ presidents dates back to the embryonic stage of China’s broadcasting more than 70 years ago.
