目的了解成都市老旧小区及公园白纹伊蚊密度、季节消长,探讨白纹伊蚊的药物防制效果。方法采用布雷图指数、容器指数和成蚊叮咬指数调查白纹伊蚊密度,采用成蚊的密度下降率评估灭效。结果白纹伊蚊布雷图指数(Breteau index,BI)为18.90,容器指数(Container index,CI)为23.70,成蚊叮咬指数为12.98只/(人·h),居民区BI、CI及成蚊叮咬指数均高于公园绿化带。白纹伊蚊BI值和CI值在6~9月呈现高峰,成蚊在8月达到峰值。白纹伊蚊幼虫CI值在废旧轮胎达100.00,在闲置容器(碗、瓶、缸、罐),贮水池、缸、盆分别为38.78和35.03。居民区和公园均采用10%高效氯氟氰微胶囊悬浮剂(1:100稀释)滞留喷洒,10 d后灭效为90.5%。结论成都市老旧小区及公园白纹伊蚊密度较高,应进一步采取孳生地治理等防制措施。采用高效氯氟氰微胶囊悬浮剂滞留喷洒对于园区内白纹伊蚊防制具有较好的持效性。
Objective To understand the density and seasonal fluctuation of Aedes albopictus in old residential areas and parks in Chengdu and explore the drug control effect of Aedes albopictus. Methods The density of Aedes albopictus was investigated by using the Brett index, container index and adult mosquito bite index, and was evaluated by the density decline rate of adult mosquitoes. The results showed that the BI of the Aedes albopictus was 18.90, the container index (CI) was 23.70, the mosquito bite index was 12.98 / (person · h), and the residential areas BI, CI and adult mosquitoes Bite index higher than the park green belt. Aedes albopictus BI and CI values peaked from June to September, adult mosquitoes peaked in August. Aedes albopictus larvae CI values of 100.00 in discarded tires, 38.78 and 35.03 in idle containers (bowls, bottles, tanks, cans), storage tanks, tanks, pots. Residential areas and parks were sprayed with 10% high efficiency CFCs (1: 100 dilution) retention spray, 90 days after 10 days off to 90.5%. Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus in the old residential area and park in Chengdu City is relatively high, so we should take further measures to control the breeding ground. The use of high-performance CFCs suspension spray retention for the control of Ae.albopictus in the park has good retention.
