在我国经济的飞速发展下,房产项目已经成为了我国国民经济新的增长点,在优化我国经济结构和推动我国经济发展方面有非常重要的作用。我国的房地产开发企业要想走向国际,诚信是经营发展的基础。不过由于我国部分管理不到位、房地产起步比较迟,相关的法制不够完善,各种欺诈行为层出不穷。对购房者的合法权益造成了侵害,基于此本文对约束房地产企业欺诈行为的经济法进行探讨。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, the real estate project has become a new growth point of our national economy and plays a very important role in optimizing our economic structure and promoting the economic development of our country. China’s real estate development enterprises want to go international, integrity is the basis for business development. However, due to some of our management is not in place, the real estate started relatively late, the relevant legal system is not perfect, all kinds of fraud after another. Which infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of home buyers. Based on this, this article discusses the economic law that restricts the fraud of real estate enterprises.
