运用离子色谱技术测定血链球菌与各牙周可疑致病菌液体混合培养的终末代谢酸产物;运用葡萄糖氧化酶法及微量蛋白质测定法检测混合培养中葡萄糖、蛋白质含量变化。发现终末代谢酸、葡萄糖及蛋白质含量变化均显示,在液体混合培养中,血链球菌生长良好,而牙周可疑致病菌的生长受到了明显的抑制,提示在液体环境中,血链球菌也能抑制牙周可疑致病菌的生长。
The final metabolites of mixed culture of Streptococcus sanguisis and each periodontal suspicious pathogenic bacteria were determined by ion chromatography. The glucose and protein contents of mixed culture were detected by glucose oxidase and micro-protein assay. It was found that the changes of the terminal metabolic acid, glucose and protein contents showed that Streptococcus sobrinus grew well in liquid mixed culture and the growth of periodontal suspicious pathogenic bacteria was obviously inhibited, suggesting that in the liquid environment, Can also inhibit the growth of periodontal suspected pathogens.
