通过偕胺肟化腈纶纤维与铜离子进行配位-水解反应,成功制备了过渡金属铜氧化物/纤维复合材料,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行了表征.以1%H2O2分解速率为指标,探索了铜源浓度、反应pH、水浴反应时间、催化剂烘干温度及催化剂烘干时间等因素对铜氧化物/纤维复合材料催化性能的影响,并初步研究了催化剂的重复使用性能.
The transition metal copper oxide / fiber composite was successfully prepared through the coordination-hydrolysis reaction between amidoxime fiber and copper ion.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) .The decomposition rate of 1% H2O2 was The effects of copper source concentration, reaction pH, water bath reaction time, catalyst drying temperature and catalyst drying time on the catalytic performance of copper oxide / fiber composites were explored. The reusability of the catalyst was also studied.
