目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)在听神经瘤的诊断及早期诊断中的价值。方法:对我院确诊的20例(40耳)听神经瘤患者行BAEP检测,测定Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的绝对潜伏期(PL),Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ的峰间潜伏期(IPL)等。结果:患侧异常率100%,主要表现为主波Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波消失或分化不好,Ⅲ、Ⅴ波PL延长,Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-ⅤIPL延长等;对侧异常率65%,主要表现为Ⅲ-ⅤIPL延长。结论:听神经瘤的早期诊断关系到临床术式的选择及术后病人听力的保留,BAEP检测技术有助于听神经瘤的早期发现和诊断。
Objective: To investigate the value of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in the diagnosis and early diagnosis of acoustic neuroma. Methods: BAEP was performed in 20 patients (40 ears) with acoustic neuroma diagnosed in our hospital. The absolute latency (PL), Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅴ and Ⅰ-Ⅴ latency IPL) and so on. Results: The ipsilateral anomalous rate was 100%. The main manifestations were the disappearance or poor differentiation of the primary wave Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ wave, the prolongation of PL in Ⅲ and Ⅴ wave, prolongation of Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅴ and Ⅰ-ⅤIPL, Rate of 65%, mainly for the Ⅲ-ⅤIPL extension. Conclusion: The early diagnosis of acoustic neuroma is related to the selection of clinical procedures and the preservation of postoperative patients’ hearing. The detection of BAEP is helpful for the early detection and diagnosis of acoustic neuroma.
