建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,对优化产业结构、推动城市经济发展具有重要作用。为了促进建筑企业的健康发展,建立了当代工程项目管理,通过集成管理、范围管理、进度管理、成本管理、质量管理等使项目在预期计划目标的约束下顺利完成。但是随着建筑工程技术越加复杂、建筑市场与国际社会日益接轨,国内项目管理中所存在的问题更加明显,必须采取相应对策来加以解决。
Construction industry is one of the pillar industries in our country’s national economy, which plays an important role in optimizing industrial structure and promoting urban economic development. In order to promote the healthy development of construction enterprises, the establishment of contemporary project management, through the integrated management, scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management and other projects under the expected goal of the project completed successfully. However, as construction engineering technology becomes more and more complex, the construction market is becoming more and more in line with the international community. Problems in the domestic project management are more obvious, and corresponding measures must be taken to solve the problems.
