竞技健美操运动员赛前不良的心理状态将极大地影响其在比赛中好成绩的取得。介绍了健美操运动员赛前不良心理状态的5种主要类型及其表现,然后分别阐述了放松训练、模拟训练、自我暗示调节法训练等三种竞技健美操运动员赛前不良心理状态调整的有效方法。
Competitive aerobics athletes pre-match mental state will greatly affect the good performance in the game made. This paper introduces the five main types of aerobic exercise athletes ’pre-match mental state and its performance. Then, it expatiates the effective methods of three kinds of competitive aerobics athletes’ adjustment of pre-match mental state such as relaxation training, simulation training and self-suggestion adjustment training .
