二氯苯醚菊酯[3一苯氧基(艹卡)基(±)一顺。反-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)-2,2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯]是一种高效、低毒、广谱性的新型杀虫剂。江苏省农药研究所于1975年试制成功,1978年5月与农科院原子能所合作,在国内首次合成~(14)C标记的二氯苯醚菊酯,为研究二氯苯醚菊酯在动植物体的残留和代谢提供了条件。根据药效试验的结果,近几年来对二氯苯醚菊酯在水稻、茶叶、苹果、柑桔、蔬菜、烟草和棉花等作物上的残留量进行了测定。证明它在各种作物上的残留量都是低的,消解速度很快。二氯苯醚菊酯也是防治旱作害虫的优良药剂,药效试验证明,20~50ppm的二氯苯醚菊酯即可有效地防治麦类的粘虫和蚜虫。但在小麦上施用二氯苯醚菊酯后,它的残留量是多少,上述用量是否安全等问题须进一步弄清。为此,我们用放射性~(14)C标记的二氯苯醚菊酯测定了它在小麦上的残留动态和残留量,为二氯苯醚菊酯在小麦上的安全使用标准提出依据,并为该农药对环境的影响作出估价。
Permethrin [3-phenoxy (acenaphthylene) yl (±) a smooth. Trans-3- (2,2-dichlorovinyl) -2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate] is a novel insecticide with high efficiency, low toxicity and broad spectrum. Pesticide Research Institute of Jiangsu Province was successfully trial-produced in 1975. In May 1978, it cooperated with Atomic Energy Agency of Academy of Agricultural Sciences to synthesize ~ (14) C-permethrin in China for the first time. Plant and animal body residues and metabolism provided the conditions. According to the results of the efficacy test, residues of permethrin on crops such as rice, tea, apple, citrus, vegetables, tobacco and cotton have been measured in recent years. Proved it in a variety of crops are low residue, digestion speed. Permethrin is also an excellent pesticide against dry-farming pests. The efficacy test proves that 20 to 50 ppm of permethrin can effectively prevent and control wheat armyworms and aphids. However, after the use of permethrin on wheat, its residual amount is how much, the above-mentioned amount of safety is to be further clarified. To this end, we measured its residual activity and residues on wheat using radioactive (14) C-labeled permethrin, which is the basis for the safe use of permethrin on wheat and For the pesticide on the environment to make a valuation.
