本文提出三氧化二铝催化甲醇或乙醇气相脱水生成醚的反应机理,指出吸附在碱点醇分子与吸附在另一个碱点的 R~+碳正离子之间的表面反应为控制步骤。导出的动力学方程式与经验方程式(1)、(2)相符合。认为反应属于 Lewis—酸碱对催化。其中包括协同反应与酸点、碱点单独起作用的非协同反应。
This paper presents the reaction mechanism of aluminum oxide catalyzed by gas phase dehydration of methanol or ethanol to form ether. It is pointed out that the surface reaction between the alcohol molecules adsorbed on the alkalis and R + carbon ions adsorbed at another basic point is the control step. The derived kinetic equation is consistent with empirical equations (1) and (2). It is believed that the reaction belongs to Lewis-acid-base catalysis. Including the synergistic reaction with the acid point, the alkali point alone play a non-synergistic reaction.
