一定范围内对基础教育中文师资队伍的访谈调查发现:语文课程中实施休闲教育,他们能认识其必要性,但自觉意识普遍淡薄,多不能正确把握休闲教育的内涵,认知与践行脱节,休闲教育与应试教育对立;实施水平与教师个体的教育理念、教育情怀、教育能力和基本素养密切相关;实施范围狭窄,主要囿于必修课程中的课堂教学形式,并通过联系相关教学内容实现。为此,务必加强休闲教育师资队伍建设;开拓休闲教育在语文课程中实施的新天地,特别重视教学过程、方法、环境的设计;具体实施中要处理好二者关系,采取相互渗透的方式;教育理论研究中要处理好务虚与务实的关系。
A survey of Chinese teaching staff in basic education in a certain range shows that: in the implementation of leisure education in Chinese curriculum, they can recognize their necessity, but their consciousness is generally weak, they can not correctly grasp the connotation of leisure education, their cognition and practice are out of step, The level of implementation is closely related to the educational philosophy, educational feelings, educational abilities and basic literacy of individual teachers. The scope of implementation is narrow, mainly due to the classroom teaching in compulsory courses and is achieved through the connection of related teaching contents. To this end, we must strengthen the construction of teaching staff of leisure education; open up a new world of leisure education in the implementation of the language curriculum, with special emphasis on teaching process, methods, environment design; The relationship between service and pragmatism should be handled in theoretical research.
