本文初步阐述活塞环、气缸套之间的磨损关系。主要根据是近二、三年来在40台次左右东方红-40拖拉机490发动机(洛阳拖拉机厂产品)长期使用试验中得到的基本测量数据。这批试验中,高磷铸铁缸套占90%以上。活塞环种类较多,以各种硼铸铁环为主,第一环以镀铬环为主,油环以各种钢片组合油环为主。 本文只叙梗概,暂不涉及有关材料、工艺、金相、硬度的详细分析以及一个缸套、一片环上磨损不均匀性等等有关磨损规律的分析。
This article initially elaborates the wear relationship between piston rings and cylinder liners. Mainly based on the past two or three years in 40 times or so Dongfanghong-40 Tractor 490 engine (Luoyang tractor products) long-term use of the test obtained in the basic measurement data. These tests, high-phosphorus cast iron cylinder liner accounted for more than 90%.
