一、概述 30CrNi2MoVA钢是一种利用钼钒碳化物强化的低合金结构钢。钢的化学成分和供应状态的机械性能见YB6-71和YB476-64。该钢适于制造截面厚度不大在高温回火后使用的零件,也常用于制造截面厚度小于50毫米的高强度构件。因此,在航空工业生产中已被采用。 该钢在我厂生产的某型挂弹钩产品部件中被采用,如弹射止动器壳体、燃烧室壳体,它们的性能要求和热处理工艺见表1。
First, an overview 30CrNi2MoVA steel is a molybdenum vanadium carbide reinforced low-alloy structural steel. Mechanical properties of steel chemical composition and supply status, see YB6-71 and YB476-64. The steel is suitable for the manufacture of parts with a small thickness after tempering at elevated temperatures and is also commonly used to produce high strength members with a cross sectional thickness of less than 50 mm. Therefore, it has been adopted in the aviation industry. The steel is used in some type of hook-up parts manufactured by our factory, such as catapult stopper housing and combustion chamber shell. Their performance requirements and heat treatment process are shown in Table 1.
