自尊心是青年学生的三大“思想能源”之一。如何根据学生自尊心特点,挖掘这一“思想能源”,最大限度地调动积极因素,使他们內在的潜力得以充分的发挥,是思想教育工作者需要认真研究和解决的课題。
Self-esteem is one of the three “ideological energies” for young students. How to excavate this “ideological energy” according to the characteristics of students’ self-esteem to maximize the positive factors so that their intrinsic potentials can be brought into full play is a topic that ideological educators need to seriously study and solve.
