通过有性杂交将高产与抗病进行有效重组,经人工接种鉴定及生化鉴定,创新出高抗SMV1号株系、且高抗种粒斑驳种质5份;哈88-2501、哈88-7704、哈88-2499、哈88-2496和哈89-5896;创新出高抗SMV3号强毒株系种质,同时高抗种粒斑驳种质5份;哈91R3-182、哈91R3-188、哈91R3-232、哈91R3-244和哈91R3-310。并对抗源种质的抗性、丰产性及应用情况进行了全面评价。
High-yielding and disease-resistance were effectively recombined by sexual cross-breeding. After artificial inoculation, identification and biochemical identification, 5 strains with high resistance to SMV1 and 5 lines with high resistance to seed germplasm were created; Ha 88-2501, Ha 88-7704 , Ha 88-2499, Ha 88-2496 and Ha 89-5896; Innovative anti-SMV3 strains of virulent strains of germplasm at the same time high resistance to mottled germplasm 5 copies; Ha 91R3-182, Ha 91R3-188, Ha 91R3-232, Ha 91R3-244 and Ha 91R3-310. A comprehensive evaluation of resistance, high yield and application of resistant germplasm resources was carried out.
