在我们的对外贸易及经济合作工作中,外商来访的接待及相应的洽谈,谈判是促成业务成交和合作项目成功的重要环节。尽管我国实行改革开放政策多年,2001年又正式加入世贸组织,不少外贸及工矿企业也积累了一定的经验教训,但仍有相当一部分企业尤其是刚刚涉足对外贸易的厂商对此项工作不够重视,生疏,不了解以至闹出笑话甚至出现严重失误,造成谈判破裂,生意告吹。因此,有必要对这项工作进行分析研究并加以强调,使从事和涉及相关工作的人士,更进一步了解外事接待及谈判工作的重要性,复杂性,艰巨性。从而在以后外事交往、业务开展中更加符合程序,遵守惯例,从容不迫,最大程度地完成既定任务,达到预定目标。
