绩效评估,也被称为绩效考核、员工考评等,是主管或相关人员对员工在技术、业务和其他方面进行系统的评价。其结果是成为在组织人力资源管理工作中,如奖惩、培训、辞退、加薪、晋升、降职和帮助员工职业发展等重要内容的依据。正是基于此,对于绩效评估的结果就要求非常准确,组织可以通过绩效评估获得的信息,来判定相应的人力资源管理的决策和相关措施是否恰当,以便调整和改进组织效能。
Performance appraisal, also known as performance appraisal, employee appraisal, etc., is the supervisor or related staff to employees in the technical, business and other aspects of a systematic evaluation.
