目的:探讨婴儿硬膜下积液形成原因和治疗方法。方法:全部行囱门外角穿刺引流,结果:其中36例治愈,余4例中3例手术治愈。结论:硬膜下积波形成的原因除玻裂的蛛网膜的单向活辩作用及积液蛋白含量高的渗透作用外,还与脑萎缩、颅脑发育不相称、脑积水使硬膜下腔增宽、脑脊液的吸收和循环障碍有关。对反复穿刺引流不愈的病例,应尽早行硬膜下腔一腹腔分流术或大网膜颅内移植术,以利于患儿脑功能恢复。
Objective: To investigate the causes and treatment of infant subdural effusion.
