研究生阶段的教学与本科阶段的教学有着很大的差异,在对基础技能进一步强化的同时,更加侧重于对学生个性的寻找、保护和培养。因此教学环境也相对的宽松,主要在大的审美方向上引导与激发学生的潜能。土土、吴波、王爱珍、唐丽娇是我2005届的四个硕士研究生。这几个学生先前的个人情况不尽相同,或是在大学教书,或是刚从艺术院校毕业,但他们有一个共同的特点,就是都来自地方。因此初到北京学习,突然一下子置身于学术气氛浓烈,各种各样的当代艺术信息扑面而来的情境中,可能他们都经历了一阵子彷徨迷茫。我尽量鼓励他们把触角充分张开,抛开偏见和狭隘,融入 There is a great difference between postgraduate teaching and undergraduate teaching.
