研究了渗碳温度、炉气碳势对5CrMnMo试样渗碳层深、表面碳量的影响以及层深、表面碳量对钢的性能影响。试验表明,5CrMnMo钢具有良好的渗碳特性。其最佳渗层深度0.8~1.2mm、表面碳量应控制在0.8%~1.0%范围,可获得适用于冷镦模具的最佳力学性能。
The effects of carburizing temperature and carbon potential on the carburized depth and surface carbon content of 5CrMnMo specimens as well as the influence of layer depth and surface carbon content on the properties of steel were investigated. Experiments show that, 5CrMnMo steel has good carburizing properties. The best depth of 0.8 ~ 1.2mm, surface carbon content should be controlled within the range of 0.8% ~ 1.0%, available for cold heading die the best mechanical properties.
