在大田栽培条件下,以垦农4号为材料,在始花期叶面喷施不同植物生长调节剂,比较大豆叶片中游离氨基酸含量、硝态氮含量、可溶性蛋白含量和硝酸还原酶活性的变化差异,研究叶面喷施植物生长调节剂6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、脱落酸(ABA)对大豆氮代谢相关生理指标以及对大豆产量品质的调控效应。结果表明:叶面喷施6-BA和ABA分别提高了大豆叶片中游离氨基酸含量、硝态氮含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和硝酸还原酶活性。综合分析表明,R1期叶面喷施植物生长调节剂6-BA、ABA调控了大豆叶片中氮代谢相关生理指标,极显著提高了大豆单株粒数、粒重等产量构成因素,其中6-BA还能够极显著提高大豆籽粒中脂肪含量。
Under the condition of field cultivation, different cultivating regulators were sprayed on the leaves at the beginning of flowering stage with Kennong No.4 as the material. The contents of free amino acids, nitrate nitrogen, soluble protein and nitrate reductase activity in the leaves of soybean were compared (6-BA) and abscisic acid (ABA) on the nitrogen metabolism of soybean and the regulation effect on soybean yield and quality were studied. The results showed that foliar application of 6-BA and ABA increased free amino acid content, nitrate nitrogen content, soluble protein content and nitrate reductase activity in soybean leaves, respectively. The comprehensive analysis showed that foliar application of plant-growth regulators 6-BA and ABA at R1 controlled the physiological indices of nitrogen metabolism in soybean leaves, and significantly increased the yield components of soybean such as grain weight and grain weight. Among them, 6- BA can also significantly increase the fat content of soybean kernels.
