近年来,云南电网公司玉溪供电局围绕南方电网的战略目标,实施企业管理向精益化转变,全面推进一体化管理,加强供电所的规范化建设,不断夯实基础管理,以管理促质量提升、效益提升和服务提升,实现供电所“业务流程化、作业标准化、服务规范化、管理一体化、检查考评统一化”。供电所规范化建设的推进,标志着玉溪供电局各供电所建设已经向规范、标准、精益化迈进,精益化管理的理念在基层站所、班组落地生根。
