早年已有报告注意到恶性肿瘤与某些肾小球肾炎有关,晚近更有不少作者报道了恶性肿瘤时合开骨小球损害。本文综合国外近年的文献,介绍肿瘤与膜性肾小球肾炎、淋巴瘤、白血病与微小病变型肾炎、浆细胞病与肾小球损害及肿瘤与快速进展型肾炎等之间的临床联系与发病机理。 Early reports have noted that some malignant nephritis and glomerular nephritis, more recent reports of malignant neoplasms combined with more damage.
