作为中小企业培训员,由于其常常担负着一个完整的培训部门的职责,职务低,任务大,所以经常面对许多困扰:员工对待培训的态度、企业高层对培训的重视程度、培训效果的评估难度等。这让企业培训员焦头烂额,很多企业的培训员都表示在这方面力不从心,使企业的培训处于尴尬处境。作为中小企业培训员,要把培训搞好,取得预想成效,我认为得从以下几点入手。
