建构主义理论主张认知个体的知识结构是在同化与顺应的过程中不断发展而逐渐建构起来的。在此基础上建构主义学习理论对教学与学习过程中的教师作用与学生地位进行了新的界定:以学生为中心,教师进行指导。我国的法律翻译教学正处于探索阶段,建构主义教学理论主张的摒弃传统的灌输式教学、发挥学生的主体地位与创新性的观点,可以与法律翻译教学培养实用性、复合型法律翻译人才的目标相契合,可以在法律翻译课堂中尝试引入建构主义理论下的教学模式。
The constructivist theory advocates that the knowledge structure of cognitive individuals is gradually developed and gradually constructed in the process of assimilation and adaptation.
