本文从混凝土碳化的角度出发,分析了缓凝剂对孔溶液中水泥水化产物Ca(OH)2饱和溶解度的影响。用掺不同掺量葡萄糖酸钠的Ca(OH)2饱和溶液同未掺缓凝剂的Ca(OH)2饱和溶液进行比较,得出缓凝剂对Ca(OH)2饱和溶解度的影响。结果表明:缓凝剂可以降低或者升高Ca(OH)2的饱和溶解度,说明缓凝剂对混凝土的碳化可能也有影响。
In this paper, from the perspective of concrete carbonation, the effect of retarder on the saturated solubility of cement hydration product Ca (OH) 2 in pore solution was analyzed. The effect of retarder on the saturated solubility of Ca (OH) 2 was obtained by comparing Ca (OH) 2 saturated solution with different dosage of sodium gluconate with saturated Ca (OH) 2 solution without retarder. The results show that the retarder can reduce or increase the saturated solubility of Ca (OH) 2, indicating that retarders may also affect the carbonization of concrete.
