天然气场站是天然气集输的枢纽,在天然气管网工程中起着骨架作用,也是整个天然气管网工程风险最高的地方。场站在运营过程中易发生泄露、火灾、爆炸等安全事故。为了在经济成本可控的范围内,将安全风险降低到最小,利用危险源及可操作性(HAZOP)分析方法,以天然气分输场站的初步设计为例进行分析。通过分析讨论给出具体改进建议,对天然气分输场站工程的安全建设、运营具有一定指导意义。
Natural gas stations are hubs for natural gas gathering and transportation and play a role of a skeleton in the natural gas pipeline network project and also have the highest risk for the entire natural gas pipeline network. Site during the operation prone to leaks, fire, explosion and other safety incidents. In order to minimize the safety risk within the controllable economic cost, the HAZOP analysis method is used to analyze the preliminary design of the natural gas sub-station. Through analyzing and discussing the concrete suggestions for improvement, it is of guiding significance to the safety construction and operation of natural gas sub-station project.
