目的研究血络复欣颗粒抗凝血作用及对血小板聚集功能的影响。方法大鼠经腹主动脉采血,分离血浆并检测凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)含量;吸取富血小板血浆(PRP)及穷血小板血浆(PPP),以ADP为诱导剂,血小板聚集凝血因子分析仪,检测2 min、4 min、6 min血小板聚集百分率,计算出最大聚集百分率以及聚集抑制百分率。结果血络复欣能够显著延长大鼠血浆的PT、TT、APTT,并显著降低Fib的含量,且显著降低以ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集率。结论血络复欣具有显著的抗凝血以及抑制以ADP诱导的血小板聚集的作用。
Objective To study the anticoagulant effect of Xueluofuxin granules and its effect on platelet aggregation. Methods The blood samples were collected from the abdominal aorta and the plasma was collected for the determination of thrombin time (PT), prothrombin time (APTT) and fibrinogen (Fib) content. Plasma platelet rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-poor plasma (PPP). The ADP-induced platelet aggregation factor analyzer was used to detect the platelet aggregation rate at 2 min, 4 min and 6 min. The maximum percentage of aggregation and the percentage of inhibition of aggregation were calculated. Results XDHX could significantly prolong the plasma PT, TT and APTT, significantly reduce the content of Fib and significantly reduce the ADP-induced platelet aggregation rate in rats. Conclusion Xuelu Fuxin has obvious anticoagulant effect and inhibits ADP-induced platelet aggregation.
