本文运用DSC研究二端羟基共聚醚(PE)与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的聚合反应历程后认为:运用DSC研究其聚合反应历程是一个简单准确的方法;提出了该反应的化学计量为PE+2TDI→产物,且服从一级反应动力学,具有活化能Eα=61.7KJ/MOL,其反应机理可用在PE与TDI之间形成一个活泼络合物中间体加以解释。本文研究关于二端羟基共聚醚与甲苯二异氰酸酯的反应,该反应在恒温情况下,由示差扫描量热仪(DSC)进行监测,对该反应历程提供全面的图象。
In this paper, DSC was used to study the polymerization process of PE and toluene diisocyanate (TDI). It was considered that the DSC analysis of the polymerization process was a simple and accurate method. The stoichiometry of the reaction was PE + 2TDI → product, which obeys the first order reaction kinetics and has an activation energy Eα = 61.7KJ / MOL. The reaction mechanism can be explained by the formation of an active complex intermediate between PE and TDI. In this paper, we studied the reaction of two-terminal hydroxy copolyethers with toluene diisocyanate. The reaction was monitored by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) at constant temperature to provide a complete picture of the reaction.
