随着学校卓越绩效管理流程的不断学习与深入,教学管理流程的每一个步骤,每一个细节都清晰的指导和规范老师们的教育教学行为。它给教师们带来的不仅是教学理念提升和教学行为的规范,更重要的是让课堂教学成为了师生情感交流的空间,让愉悦的情感激发了学生的学习动机,学生能主动地、快乐地学习,能有效地吸纳知识营养。在教学实践中,我按教学管理流程认真备课、上课,精心设计教学过程,营造民主、平等、和谐的课堂氛围,挖掘教材中蕴藏的生命力,培养学生学习语文的兴趣和良好的学习习惯。
