莲花水电站厂房结构设计中机墩风罩及定子制动器基础是重要设计项目之一。通过三维空间有限元数值计算，对风罩与机墩结构验算了其在动力条件下的共振效应及其振幅，并分析了在各种外载与温度变化等因素共同作用下的应力应变及内力，校核了局部主拉应力及孔洞周边应力。计算结果表明，成果较为精确。
