目的考察市售盐吴茱萸质量。方法对市售盐吴茱萸进行TLC鉴别,对其水分、总灰分、醇浸出物及主要有效成分吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱和柠檬苦素进行测定。结果 10批盐吴茱萸均能检出吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱,水分含量在4.53%~9.81%之间,总灰分含量在6.77%~9.83%之间,醇浸出物含量在43.16%~48.00%之间,吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱总量在0.154%~1.274%之间,柠檬苦素含量在1.117%~1.866%之间。结论市售盐吴茱萸质量差异较大,建议根据品种不同区分使用。
Objective To study the quality of commercial salt Evodia. Methods Commercially available salt Evodia rutaecarpa TLC identification, its moisture, total ash, alcohol extract and the main active ingredients of evodiamine, rutaecarpine and limonin determination. Results Evodiae and rutaecarpine were detected in 10 batches of Fructus Evodiae. The water contents ranged from 4.53% to 9.81%, and the total ash contents ranged from 6.77% to 9.83%. The contents of alcohol extracts ranged from 43.16% to 48.00% The total amount of evodiamine and rutaecarpine was between 0.154% and 1.274%, and limonin content was between 1.117% and 1.866%.
