收集经手术病理证实的脑室内肿瘤50例,均行磁共振(MR)平扫和增强检查,分析不同类型脑室内肿瘤的MR强化表现。结果发现9类50例脑室内肿瘤的强化特征如下:星形细胞瘤呈多环状明显强化(8/21)、实质型明显强化(6/21)、多囊伴实质型强化(4/21)、不规则强化(3/21);髓母细胞瘤呈多发大结节强化(3/8)、单发大结节强化(1/8)、大结节大囊状混合强化(3/8);脉络丛乳头状瘤/癌呈分叶状明显强化,并可见弥漫栗粒状更高强化(3/3);室管膜瘤呈多房样薄壁中等强化(3/6)、单发巨囊样明显强化(2/6)、实质明显强化(1/6);脑膜瘤大体上呈均匀中度实质型强化,瘤体均被增强的脉络丛包绕(3/3);胆脂瘤无强化(2/2);中枢神经细胞瘤呈多发小囊状并实质型中等强化(3/5)、实质明显增强(2/5),均与透明隔分界不清;淋巴瘤呈缺口样实质型均匀明显强化(1/3)、实质型明显强化(2/3),均有沿着脑室壁爬行的强化特征。认为部分脑室内肿瘤一定的MR强化特征具有重要的鉴别诊断价值。
Fifty cases of intracerebral tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected. Both magnetic resonance (MR) and enhanced MRI were performed to analyze MR findings of different types of intraventricular tumors. The results showed that the intensification characteristics of 50 cases of intracranial tumors in 9 classes were as follows: multiple astrocytoma was significantly enhanced (8/21), parenchymal enhancement (6/21), multiple cyst with substantial enhancement (4/21 ), Irregular enhancement (3/21); medulloblastoma was multiple nodular enhancement (3/8), single nodular enhancement (1/8), large tubercle mixed enhancement (3 / 8); choroid plexus papilloma / carcinoma was lobulated significantly enhanced, and showed diffuse chestnut granular higher enhancement (3/3); ependymoma was multi-thin wall moderate enhancement (3/6), single Hair cysts were significantly enhanced (2/6), substantially enhanced (1/6); meningiomas were generally homogeneous moderate enhancement, the tumor was enhanced by the choroid plexus (3/3); gallbladder There was no enhancement of the lipoma (2/2). Central neurocytoma showed multiple cystic and moderately moderate enhancement (3/5) with substantial enhancement (2/5) Notch-like substance uniform significantly enhanced (1/3), substantive significantly enhanced (2/3), all along the walls of the brain to enhance the crawling features. That part of the intraventricular tumor certain MR enhancement features have important differential diagnostic value.
