目的 :测定盐酸川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液中盐酸川芎嗪的含量。方法 :采用十八烷基键合硅胶柱 15 0mm×3.9mm ,甲醇∶水 (6 0∶40 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 96nm ,流速为 1.0ml/min。结果 :该法能较好地分离被测组分和有关杂质 ,线性关系良好 ,回收率高。结论 :该法专属性好 ,简捷、快速、准确 ,适用于该产品质量分析检测。
Objective : To determine the content of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride in ligustrazine hydrochloride injection. Method : Adopting octadecyl bonding silica gel column 15 0mm×3.9mm, methanol : water (6 0 : 40 ) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 296nm and flow rate at 1.0ml/min. Result : The method can separate the measured components and related impurities well, the linear relationship is good, and the recovery rate is high. Conclusion: This method is very specific, simple, rapid, and accurate. It is applicable to the quality analysis of the product.
