通过现有热力学数据计算证明,一般的工作真空度67Pa对含碳量大于0.2%、铝含量大于0.025%的钢种进行VD精炼时,钢中的溶解氧含量受碳含量的控制.由于钢中硫含量与溶解氧含量存在确定关系,硫含量亦受碳含量和真空度的控制.计算也证明,提高真空度和搅拌速度可以降低溶解氧含量,为脱硫提供了热力学和动力学条件,有利于真空处理过程的脱硫反应.计算结果得到生产实际结果证实.
Calculated by the existing thermodynamic data show that the general working degree of vacuum 67Pa for more than 0.2% carbon content, aluminum content of more than 0.025% of the steel VD refining, the dissolved oxygen content of steel controlled by the carbon content. Due to the relationship between sulfur content in steel and dissolved oxygen content, the sulfur content is also controlled by the carbon content and the degree of vacuum. Calculations also show that increasing vacuum and stirring speed can reduce dissolved oxygen content, providing thermodynamic and kinetic conditions for desulfurization, which is good for the desulfurization reaction in vacuum treatment. The calculation results are confirmed by the actual production results.
