When recruiting, you will always encounter inquiries about the nature of the business. Private companies are always looking a few minutes less promising in the eyes of some job seekers, as if only working in a large cross-company company is attractive. Even when friends meet, they try to open the topic of “where they are high,” or clearly tell each other that “our company’s background (or CEO) is...” as if it were to be crowned with a big name. Allow yourself a lot of ease. In fact, after the baptism of the market economy, Chinese private enterprises are no longer the first “how bold are people and how productive are they?” Affected by the management methods of some foreign companies, even small-scale enterprises are gradually becoming aware of the principle of surviving first, developing second, managing steadily, and pursuing sustainability. There is a little bit of enlightenment. What is more, the market has given Chinese entrepreneurs a squeeze and understanding of SWOT (ie, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). After all, foreign companies have entered, the competition for talents has intensified, and the market has been subdivided. The fact that business risks are increasing, various kinds of crises hidden, market opportunities are reduced, etc., can not help companies to “look at the eyes and hear all directions”. They are smart, intelligent, tenacious and confident. They are diligent, enterprising, and pursuing efficiency. According to a report released by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, the number of private enterprises nationwide has grown at an average rate of 809 daily. So, in the eyes of professionals, how do they look at the private sector?
