Objective: To observe the effect of Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide on the expression of VEGF, SGF and CDF during mandibular fracture healing in rabbits and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into model control group, Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide group and osteopeptide treatment group, with 10 rabbits in each group. After 3 days of modeling, Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide The daily dose of intraperitoneal injection of 150 mg / (kg · d) and the bone peptide-treated group were 25 mg / (kg · d). The levels of VEGF, SGF, CDF Express changes and make analysis and judgment. Results: The contents of VEGF, SGF and CDF in the venous blood of the Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide group were higher than those of the model control group at each time point. Conclusion: Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide can promote the healing of mandibular fracture in rabbits. The therapeutic effect is achieved through the regulation of VEGF, SGF and CDF.
