The purpose is to quickly identify the target poison of chemical food poisoning, provide basis for the clinical treatment of poisoning patients. Methods to access information and practical experience to be summarized. Results The clinical characteristics of different target poisons were different in chemical food poisoning. Conclusion It is very important to grasp the clinical features of common chemical food poisoning, which can help to judge its rapidness and provide the basis for the clinical treatment of poisoning patients and win the treatment time.
