目的了解大连市食源性疾病流行病学特征和病原体分布。方法收集2013年5~12月哨点医院符合病例定义的就诊病例信息,并采集粪便样本进行病原体检测。结果 2013年哨点医院共收集符合食源性疾病监测病例定义的368例病例信息,采集患者粪便样本368份进行致病菌检测,检出63株副溶血性弧菌,1株志贺菌。采集152份粪便样本进行诺如病毒检测,检出11份阳性。可疑食品以海产品为主。结论大连市食源性疾病病原体主要为副溶血性弧菌和诺如病毒。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases and the distribution of pathogens in Dalian. Methods The cases of senile patients who met the definition of case were collected from sentinel hospital from May to December in 2013 and the stool samples were collected for pathogen detection. Results In 2013, sentinel hospitals collected 368 case information meeting the definition of foodborne disease surveillance. 368 samples of patients’ stool samples were collected for pathogen detection. 63 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and 1 strain of Shigella were detected. Fifty-two fecal samples were collected for norovirus detection and 11 were positive. Suspected food mainly seafood. Conclusion The main pathogens of foodborne diseases in Dalian are Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Norovirus.
