中学数学教学大纳要求我们:“……教给学生有关算术、代数、几何和三角的基础知识,培养他们应用这些知识解决各种实际问题的技能和技巧。……”这对代数教学来说自然不例外。但在我几年来的教学工作中,却还没有达到这一要求,学生在解题上,运算中总存在着以下几个问题: (一)学生遇到问题,不知从何处着手,感到困难,学不能致用。 (二)学生在演算中,推理不严密,步骤不完整,运算不正确。 (三)运算不熟练,不能在规定时间完成运算任务。一年来由于对党的教育方针的反复学习,使我深刻地认识到问题的严重性,这样培养出来的人材是不
